Return and Exchange Policy:
Zoya Boutique wants you to enjoy your shopping experience, so for if any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the shipping date for a store credit.
We do not accept returns or exchanges after fourteen (14) days. All items must be returned in their original condition and with all tags attached. Any items that have been damaged, altered, worn, washed, or dry cleaned by the customer will not be accepted and will not be returned.
We must be notified within four (4) days of receiving any defective items. All sale items are FINAL, and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Zoya Boutique does not cover the shipping on any returned items.
For exchanges, there is no additional shipping costs to have the exchanged item(s) delivered to you.
Certain promotions and special offers may be subject to a reduction or cancellation of exchange/return policy.
Once we receive your item, we will issue you a store credit or exchange the item provided we have it in stock. You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as we process your return or exchange.
How to Return/Exchange:
A return/exchange form is included with your order. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning/exchanging. Please send your package and return/exchange form via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the following address:

Shipping Methods:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You can choose from UPS Ground Delivery (3-10 business days, providing the items are in stock) or UPS Express Delivery (3-4 business days, providing the items are in stock) in the USA. At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.
International Shipping:
At this time we only offer international shipping to Canada. Zoya Boutique is not responsible for international packages once they leave our store. Buyer is responsible for any local taxes or custom fees. Buyer is also responsible for any return fees if a package is refused.
