Return and exchange policy
zoya boutique wants you to enjoy your shopping experience, so for if any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving for a store credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days. All items must be returned in their original condition and with all tags attached. Any items that have been damaged, altered, worn washed, or dry cleaned by the customer will not be accepted and will be returned. We must be notified within 4 days of receiving any defective items. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and zoya boutique does not cover the shipping on any returned items. For exchanges, there is no additional shipping costs to have the exchanged item(s) delivered to you. Certain promotions and special offers may be subject to a reduction or cancellation of exchange/return policy.
Once we receive your item, we will issue you a store credit or exchange the item provided we have it in stock. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we process your return or exchange.
How to Return/Exchange
A return/exchange form is included with your order. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning/exchanging. Please send your package and return/exchange form via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the following address:
